Specializing in Cinematography, Directing, Editing, and Writing. Within the last year, I've had the pleasure of working on multiple short films and projects throughout the DFW. I'm no novice to filmmaking. I also have some experience with drone operation as I'm working to become a licensed drone operator in the state of Texas. I attribute a lot of my experiences and opportunities to my time here within UTA's Cinematic Arts program. It's allowed me the chance to work on different filmmaking sets ranging from beginner to professional film sets. Last summer, I had the opportunity to work on a professional film set as a PA. Through this experience, I was exposed to a plethora of people in the industry. I also had the chance to network with them. I was blown away by all the knowledge I absorbed during my time on that set. Working closely with individuals who'd been working in the industry for years and were able to give me advice impacted me as a growing filmmaker. Since then, I've used everything ounce of knowledge I absorbed while working on that set to help me become a better filmmaker on other sets. That experience played a pivotal role in my success over the past year. I've gone on to write, direct, and shot multiple projects and shorts for myself and my peers. I hope to someday adapt my work to bigger-budget films or series. My goal as a filmmaker is to produce and direct feature films while leaving a positive impact on the community. I could not imagine myself pursuing any other profession outside of filmmaking. Filmmaking is something I am deeply passionate about and I hope to channel that passion and apply it to this wonderful art form.
